What To Expect

  • Clients are welcome to get in touch via our website to begin the process.

If architectural plans or shop drawings are available, we can provide a detailed quotation based on these documents.

If no plans are in place, we offer a one-hour on-site design consultation (held on Mondays). This allows us to understand your space, explore ideas, and determine exactly what’s required before preparing a tailored quotation.

  • Once your quotation has been approved, an initial payment is required to secure your project and confirm your place in our schedule.

Please note, lead times commence only once the quotation has been accepted and the deposit has been received. From this point, our standard production timeframe is approximately four weeks prior to installation.

  • Your project then moves into production, with a typical manufacturing timeframe of approximately four weeks.

Timeframes may vary depending on the scope of the project and any specialty materials involved, but we will always keep you informed throughout the process.

  • Our manufacturing process is designed to ensure installation is as efficient and seamless as possible, minimising time spent on-site and in your home.

In some cases, installation may be delayed slightly to allow for final preparation or adjustments. This ensures a smoother, higher-quality result for our clients.
